Hakan Aldrin > The sea is not too far away from where I live. Unfortunately it is not a very pretty sight due to the pollution and also due to the mud from the Yangze delta. However, someone have built a large pier (you can see it in the background) and thus ring fencing a rather large part of the sea. In the pier they have then mounted some cleaning devices so the water inside of the pier is actually clear. You pay a fee and then you can enter in to this artificial/real beach/sea area. It is quite surrealistic actually. More pictures from this area can be found in My China gallery.
